Sydney Beer Week 2018

We’re hitting the road and heading East for another Sydney Beer Week!

This year we’ve got two special events, Goat Games and Cans and Bands, and we’ll also be popping up at a few other events around the city, including the Dark Beer Tap Takeover at the Union Hotel and the Craft Beer Fight Club Finals at the Dove and Olive.

We’ll also have our North Street IPA and a one off single keg Gose on tap all week at Basement Brewhouse in Bankstown.

Opening Gala

Friday 26^th October – Australian National Maritime Museum, 2 Murray Street, Darling Harbour

It’s all kicking off with the Opening Gala and our Sydney Goats James and Ryan will be there with a cracking tap line up of North Street IPA, Cake Face 2 and new Rare Breed Legend of Goat Double IPA.

 Goat Games

Saturday 27^th October – Various venues across Newtown

Are you bursting with home brewing knowledge? Do you have a knack for pub games? Or are you a Mountain Goat superfan?

Then grab your mates and join us for the Goat Games!

We’re going on a tour of some of our favourite spots in Newtown – The Rose Hotel, The Newtown Hotel, The Union Hotel and Gurdy’s – and at each spot there’ll be different games to play.

There’ll be prizes to be won and giveaways throughout the day with the winning team getting a tinnie party on us.

Cans and Bands

Friday 2^nd November

Waywards at The Bank Hotel, 324 King Street, Newtown

We’re taking Cans and Bands to Sydney for the first time ever! On Friday 2^nd November, local legends Shogun and the Sheets and Shining Bird will be hitting the stage for an incredible night of live music at Waywards.

Of course, there wouldn’t be bands without cans, so we’re stocking the bar with Summer Ale and Fancy Pants tinnies.
