North Street IPA came about as a result of our brewers wanting an IPA on tap at the Goat Bar all year round.
For this beer, they drew on twenty years of brewing, two consecutive AIBA Champion IPAs and multiple trial brews. After more than a few tasting panels, this was the recipe they settled on, and we think it’s a cracker.
The aroma is laden with resinous pine and citrus peel notes and the all-US hops line up makes for a hop-driven beer with a bold bitterness and a dry finish.
Because we love this beer so much, we decided to share it with some of our favourite craft venues and have just released a limited run of 330ml stubbies available exclusively at the brewery and good beer stockists.
