It’s no secret that the Goat Brewers love IPAs. This time, for our next Rare Breed release, we decided to use three hop favourites and a variety that we hadn’t used before in Calypso. To really test ourselves, we also went with a new yeast for us. Over two months of testing, trialling and tasting, we settled on this ripper.
Intense hop aroma of citrus, pear and tropical fruit.
Medium bodied with a dry finish. Fruity hop character and strong bitterness throughout.
Ale, Vienna and Dextrine.
Calypso, Chinook, Citra and Amarillo.
