A riff on our classic Surefoot Stout this winter’s stout is brewed with six malts and bittered with a blend of US and UK hops. Delivering flavours of chocolate and caramel with a toasty finish and a mild bitterness, this one is best served at 10-12OC to bring out the complexity of the malts.
Almost black with a beige head.
Subtle roasted character, with dark chocolate and coffee noets.
Chocolate and caramel, with a smooth mid-palate and roasted coffee bitterness on the finish.
Pale Malt, Crystal Medium, Gladiator, Crystal Dark, Roasted Barley, Carafa and Flaked Barley.
