This is our second brew with The Arbory. Brewed with Melbourne winter nights by the Yarra in mind, this Nitro Milk Stout uses a blend of barley, rye, oats and milk sugar for a smooth palate of chocolate, candied fruit, mild coffee roast and a touch of spice. Nitrogenated at -3C to accentuate the malt sweetness and creamy mouthfeel.
Dark brown with ruby highlights. Dense white foam.
Malt driven with mild roast and spicy notes.
Medium bodied with milk chocolate and dark fruit flavours.
American Ale Yeast and Lactose.
Ale, Munich, Carafa, Dark Crystal, Crystal Rye, Flaked Oats and Flaked Barley.
