Play Video
Zymurgist (noun): a scientist that studies the chemical process of fermentation in brewing and distilling; also, by extension, a brewer.

Here at Mountain Goat, we love IPA’s. So we decided to do another one especiallyfor all the zymurgists out there. The resulting Zymurgist IPA has everything obsessive IPA fans will love. It’s fresh, big and piney. How did we do it? Lots of dry-hopping with Simcoe and Amarillo (USA),and Super Pride of Ringwood (AUS) Polaris (Germany), Columbus, Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo (USA) in the kettle and whirlpool.
