Fresh from back-to-back IPA trophy wins at the Australian International Beer Awards, the brewers have decided to celebrate the occasion with… an IPA of course. This time around we are trying out a new (for us) hop called Denali, meaning that we threw Denali at this beer at every stage, including a cool 7 grams per litre in the fermenter.
Light copper with a slight chill haze.
Pineapple, pineapple, and pineapple. It’s like a trip to Woombye, only without the souvenir stubby holder.
Balanced malt body with assertive bitterness.
