Here at Goat we don’t like to see perfectly good things go to waste so, around this time each year, we brew our Bubble & Squeak - a beer made from the ends of hops and malts we have in the brewery that aren’t to be used in any other upcoming brews. This year we’ve created an amber ale that tastes like a black IPA with generous lashings of Slovenian hops.
Resinous, piney hop aroma.
Hop-dominant and medium-bodied with restrained malt sweetness.

Gladfield Ale, Joe White Ale, Vienna, Redback, Chocolate, Carafa Special 2, torrefied Wheat, Carared, Roasted Malt, Crystal, Flaked Barley.
Denali, Riwaka, Calypso, Columbus and something called “Slovenian” that we think is a variety of Goldings.
