We’ve gone back to the archives to resurrect the Bigfoot Double Stout. A long time Goat seasonal, Dave reckons it was first brewed in 2003 but it was definitely last brewed in 2013. Brewed to the original recipe, with one difference - this year’s release is dry hopped for the first time. Chinook and Simcoe overlay the Bigfoot’s silky, chocolate malt body with intense citrus and pine characters.
Mahogany with ruby highlights.
Chocolate, roasted coffee, citrus and pine.
Sweet malt and ester palate, finishing with roast malt cocoa notes and an assertive hop bitterness.
Ale, Crystal, Roasted Malt.
Super Pride, Goldings, Chinook, Simcoe.
