We took a healthy dose of both Carolina Reaper and Ghost chillies, blitzed them into a pulp and added it straight into the brew – approximately one kilo per keg.
The result is a hot and fiery flavour that sizzles beneath the hops and builds to an exhilarating tingle on the finish.
Only five kegs of this beer have been made for GABS Melbourne and Sydney so you better get in quick if you want to try it.
