A zymurgist is a scientist who studies the chemical process of fermentation in brewing and distilling, so by extension, the term also refers to a brewer.

The Zymurgist’s at Goat are pretty mad about  IPAs so, for no particular reason, we decided to make yet another one. The resulting Zymurgist IPA has everything obsessive IPA fans will love. It’s fresh, big and piney.

How did we do it? Lots of dry-hopping with Simcoe and Amarillo (USA),and Super Pride of Ringwood (AUS) Polaris (Germany), Columbus, Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo (USA) in the kettle and whirlpool.

Add some steam, suspenseful music and mad laughter and we welcome The Zymurgist to our Rare Breed family.
