In a desperate attempt to bring some summer to summer, we’ve brewed another summer ale. We do what we can in here. Like a reverse rain dance, this one, we’re sure, will bring some sunshine.
Skipping Girl was brewed with 30% Wheat Malt, and a truckload of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka Hops – added to the conditioning tank. So she’s light on her feet, fruity, tropical – as summery as we could possibly make her.
We’ve named her after Little Audrey, arguably Melbourne’s first, and most famous neon sign. She sits up the top of Burnley St, just around the corner from us here in Richmond. Make sure you doff your hat to her when you come past, being an old-fashioned girl, she loves that stuff.

Hey guys.
Are you bottling her?
I need some for Coogee Cafe After Dark.
let me know.
fingers crossed
Dan
No plans, Dan. But, hey, if enough people like you tell us to, we just might…
