Every now and then we get a letter, from a Goat stoker that has ventured well beyond the inner Melbourne ‘burbs of Richmond out into the big
wide world and found a little something that has made them think of the little Mountain Goat Brewery back home. This particular Goat stoker ventured to the north of Vietnam, well Sa Pa in fact, close
to the Chinese border and found this menu which would no doubt satisfy even the most discerning palates. Here, you can try the famous “Goat meat cook, with chinese medicinal herbs” or the delectable
“Fried Goat with lemongrass and chilli”, check the menu… every item has Goat in it but not a Hightail in sight.
