Mountain Goat Beer

I like to think I’m a pretty hard worker. In fact we all put in a solid effort here at the Goat, but there’s a few guys here that put us all to shame.

These guys work all day and night and we don’t even pay them. No. Its not some dodgy sweatshop Cam and Dave have got going. Its our yeast. And there’s billions of them, all working for free.

We just give them some sugars to eat, a few trace elements, somewhere warm to hang out and they do all the hard work for us. And the best bit is they’re happy to do it.

I was counting yeast cells under the microscope the other day and there staring back at me was a yeast cell ‘ smiley face’, which just proves they’re happy little Vegemites.
